Pastor W. L. Cooley, who founded the church in October of 1976, teaches the Auditorium Bible Class, preaches in the worship services, and oversees the administration and outreach of the church and its ministries.

Associate Pastor Wayne R. Case, who has been with the church since May of 1993, directs the music, supervises the mid-week kindergarten - elementary "Bible Time Adventures," leads the Senior Saints ministry, and teaches music, choir and art in Liberty Baptist Academy.

Assistant Pastor Matthew Tinsley, who joined the church staff in June of 2002, oversees the Family Life Ministries, including the teen program and the 20's and 30's Sunday school classes. In addition, he serves as the visitation director, the academy chaplain, and the academy athletic director. He also teaches several high school Bible classes.

The academy administrator is Daniel Bousquet. He joined the school staff in July 2005 and is in his third year of administration. He received his master's degree in educational administration from Pensacola Christian College. In the academy, he also teaches some high school English and oversees the yearbook production.

Youth director, Mike Sharp, joined the Liberty staff in August of 2009. He directs the “Teens-N-Training” youth program, as well as other clubs, activities, and camps. He conducts the teen Sunday school and midweek Bible study. In addition, he enjoys teaching eighth through tenth grades science classes and boys P.E. at the academy.
