Dear Pastor and Church Family,                                                                                   November 8, 2009

October was a busy month for me in the tent ministry. The people of Georgia were very receptive to the gospel during our eleven-day Georgia National Fair, October 8 through the 18th at Perry, Georgia. We are thankful for the 6437 folks who heard the gospel from the wordless book story in our 20' by 30' red and yellow striped carnival tent. There were 503 adults, 908 teens and 757 children who professed faith in Christ and desired to follow Him. Please pray for follow-up that these new believers will be discipled and find churches in which to serve.

We were favored with a good location and good traffic flow in the middle of the fairgrounds about a block from the midway rides. The pastor of one of our workers brought a retired Baptist minister to help with the tent. He was a GOD sent servant being fluent in both Hebrew and Greek. He led the devotions each morning before we prayed around for the work of the day. He then stayed most days to share the wordless book story with those brought into our tent. It was a beautiful setting for sowing the gospel seed and our new friend, John, loved it. I've worked with college professors, pastors, and business executives in the tent ministry which shows that GOD will use any of us if "first there be a willing heart." None of us measure up to the challenge, but GOD will help us learn witnessing and thrust us into His harvest field that we may produce much fruit.

The last of October, the 20th through the 25th, I was in Indianapolis at the Future Farmers of America Convention. The 55,000 young people and sponsors filled the Indiana Convention Center each day where we shared the wordless book gospel story with around 5000 teenagers. Many were open to the gospel and prayed to receive Christ. Please pray that many of these young people will be discipled and go on to leadership positions in our nation for the cause of Christ.

I worked the aisle about half the time inviting the teens in to hear the wordless book story. FFA sponsors would stop to chat and say how glad they were to see our ministry still there. A sister group, Amazing Grace Ministries, had their booth across the way in the next section. They had a maze on the wall that when you looked at it a certain way you would see the name JESUS. The fair officials thought it might be offensive and made them take it down. GOD is still in control, but He is waiting for us to pay the price for revival.

Please pray for the Florida State Fair at Tampa the first of February and the St. Lucie County Fair the last of February. Liberty Baptist will sponsor our tent ministry at Port Saint Lucie again next year. Thank you for your faithfulness in prayer and support.

Sincerely in Christ,

Ray Dunn
