Missionary Letter

Dear Pastor Cooley,

It is hard to believe that 2010 is already here. With another year behind us we pause to thank the Lord for his provisions and protection in 2009. Through it all God has been faithful to us.

Unfortunately in the past 12 months there have been more churches that have had to drop our support than those who have raised it. I have received notes from people all over the country who have lost their jobs, had to take cuts in pay, and families who have lost their homes. The economy has affected everyone.

Regardless, our children continue to be blessed by you and this past Christmas season was no exception. We have seen donations of money, food, gifts, and many other donations come through our doors. We saw the smiles on the faces of the children as they came through the holidays, many missing their families, but knowing that they are loved and cared for not only by our staff but by those of you who gave sacrificially.

Thank you for giving to the children these past few months. May the Lord continue to bless you as you are a blessing to others.
